A Message From the Superintendent

Welcome to the 2020-21 School Year. This will be one of the more unique and challenging years in education in recent memory, however, with the support of our students, staff, and community, we will continue the excellent education that USD 300 patrons have come to expect from Comanche County Schools. Currently, we have a team of teachers and staff members working to ensure that students are able to return to school safely in August and get back to the business of educating kids, while keeping the safety of students and staff at the forefront of every decision. I would like to encourage all of our patrons to take an active interest in our school system, and thank you for the outstanding support that Comanche County has given in the past.

Sincerely,

Ty Theurer, Superintendent USD 300

Laura ValeriusHi! I am Laura Valerius. I am the new Technology Director here at South Central. My family and I are super excited to be here. This will be my 11th year of teaching. I grew up in the small town of Waynoka and earned my degree at NWOSU in Alva. My husband Bud is the new High School Principal here at South Central and we have 2 sweet kids, Kason who will be in 3rd grade and Kendyl who will be a 1st grader. I am so excited to be a part of this community and we are ready to take on the tasks of being Timberwolves. Here's to an awesome year!
