A Message from the Principal

It’s that time again! I enjoy summertime but I’m always excited about starting the new school year. The older I get the faster the summers go by. We spend every summer evaluating what is working while also getting feedback and researching ways to improve.  We strive to challenge our students to compete at the highest level in all aspects of our education. It's going to be hard to top the success of last year but we believe we have a plan to make this year's school year the best one yet.

We welcome a new band and vocal teacher to our Timberwolf family. Brad Herndon comes to us from Pratt Community College. South Central has always had a great music tradition and we feel confident that Mr. Herndon will do a great job of continuing this success. The teacher shortage is an issue nationally so we are blessed to have a full staff this year. I believe the reason we are able to keep our teachers and staff is because we have such a great community and school. We will continue to do everything in our power to provide your students a top notch education.

I once again want to thank you all for being such great supporters of our school. I really believe we have a school and community that is second to none.
