About
A Message from the Principal
It’s that exciting time of year again! I always enjoy summer, but I'm equally thrilled
about the start of the school year. My favorite part of the job is interacting with the
students, so I’m eager to see them back in school and hear all about their summer.
Over the summer, we've been hard at work enhancing our curriculum to ensure we
continue to offer an excellent education. Each year, we assess what we did well and
where we can improve. Last year was great, and while replicating our successes might
be challenging, we're aiming for new achievements and pushing both our students and
staff to reach their full potential.
We're also thrilled to reintroduce Cross Country this year, with Roe Macias leading the
revival of the program. Additionally, we have the pleasure of welcoming three new
members to our Timberwolf family: Rebel Mahieu, who joins us from Colby Community
College to teach High School Social Studies; Kameron Carey, who came to us from
South Grey will be teaching Health and P.E. at the High School and coaching Middle
School Boys Basketball; and Jacquelin Velazquez, will be our new High School Cook.
We’re confident they will be wonderful additions to our team.
I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who contributes to making South Central
such a fantastic school and community. Here’s to a fantastic school year ahead! As
always, feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Have a great year!
